Since its inception in 2002, the Collingswood Book Festival has garnered much media coverage, with stories routinely appearing in Courier Post, Philly Voice, NJ Pen, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Patch, New Jersey Monthly, NJ Arts, WHYY, 08108, among others.

The Collingswood Book Festival is the 2014 recipient of a New Jersey Library Association Service Award for a Volunteer Group! The award recognizes those who have given of themselves in exceptional service to New Jersey's libraries. The award was presented at the annual NJLA Conference on June 3, 2014 at Revel Resort in Atlantic City. Members of the book festival organizing committee were there to accept the award.
